2010 Course Calendar

Most field seminars are field-based, hands-on learning experiences in Rocky Mountain National Park. A wide range of topics are available and include wildflowers, mammals, birds, cultural history, outdoor skills, photography, painting and writing. You can see a tentative schedule and learn more about specific seminars by clicking on the word syllabus. To enroll in the seminar, please click on the seminar title. If you have any questions, would like to talk with a person at the Field Seminar Center, or experience technical difficulties, please call (970) 586 3262. Many of our seminars fill up, so please register early. We look forward to seeing you in a field seminar this year. RMNA membership discounts are available for intergenerational, single and multi-day classes.

On-demand Seminars for Youth and Families

Select from one of three seminars — geocaching, hiking with a naturalist (beginning, intermediate, or advanced) or photography. These three-hour seminars are designed to introduce kids and families to the fun of learning about the wonders of nature through guided discovery. You select the day and topic, and we will provide a morning of exploration and learning. Call 970-586-3262 to arrange your adventure.

Explore RMNP!

Design an EXPLORE RMNP! custom outdoor seminar for you, your family or group.  This can include anything from hiking with a naturalist, to fly-fishing, wildflower identification, photography, elk behavior and much more.  You pick the topic and dates and we provide the instructor.  Call 970-586-3262 to arrange your adventure.
