Working with Partners to
Support Public Lands Areas

The Rocky Mountain Nature Association assists over 50 different public land areas through the sale of interpretive materials relevant to each location. A percentage of aid is returned to each site to benefit interpretive programs and special projects geared to educate visitors.

The RMNA is proud of its tradition of helping like-minded public land partners. After World War II the Nature Association founded associations at

Ron Lofton,
US Geological Survey
There is an awesome power in "we"-- such as in the partnership of Rocky Mountain Nature Association and the U.S. Geological Survey, (USGS), and our other Federal partners, at the Map Store @ USGS. Eighteen months, and we’re on the road to lasting success with several accomplishments already under our belts!

So far, a vastly expanded product line has increased sales for both RMNA and USGS. These new items augment the information and products of all the agencies involved in this partnership and help provide much better customer service! Also, we’ve sponsored several field seminars in association with RMNA that contribute to public access to land and scientific information.

We’re looking forward to another successful year!
