The Endowment WHY AN ENDOWMENT? The Next Generation Fund (NGF) will achieve its goals by building a $10M endowment that will yield up to four percent of its principal in annual interest income to permanently support the educational programs of Rocky Mountian National Park and adjoining national forests. Until NGF is fully funded and producing its interest income, the Rocky Mountain Nature Association (RMNA) will continue to seek donations from individuals, foundations and corporations to support these programs. NGF will provide crucial, permanent funding for education services and will assure opportunities and a valuable and lasting gift to our children. The endowment is designed to provide services and programs that go beyond the capabilities of federal tax-supported funding.
